Tanika BanaheneOWNER & OPERATOR · BA, MBA
Every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and dream.
Tanika’s teaching philosophy is inspired by Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences. She believes children thrive when their individual talents and ways of learning are embraced.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with a minor in Sociology from Mississippi Valley State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is continuing her education in Early Childhood Education.
Tanika’s background in business leadership and community advocacy guides TLC’s commitment to children and families. Staff are on hand to support daily care, learning, and family communication.

TLC offers full-time and part-time Child Care, drop-in care, and flexible scheduling based on availability. Care starts at 6 weeks through kindergarten age; school-age options may also be available. Contact our team to discuss your needs.
How do I return my paperwork?
Download your intake PDF. Call the Owner or staff to confirm the approved email address or private delivery method, then attach your saved file in your email app. On supported devices, use Share completed PDF after downloading. You may also bring printed forms to your visit.
